A structured catalog for building-automation hardware. Researching a single meter used to mean crawling a dozen manufacturer sites and diffing PDFs by hand; this collapses that into one queryable schema covering 30+ manufacturers.
The interesting problem is normalization: every vendor describes the same measurement differently, so the schema separates what a device is from what a vendor calls it.
